Description & Building Alterations
These two six-story brick and stone new-law tenements were constructed in 1906, designed by architect Edward A. Meyers.
The buildings feature oval window openings with elaborate enframements on the east facade, ornate columns between window openings supporting segmental pediments and decorated panels, slightly projecting brick banding, and splayed window lintels with decorative keystones. The cornice has been removed.
