Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was originally built in 1853. During an alteration in 1908 new cornices were installed over the storefront and the roof.

The present facade features a bracketed galvanized-iron cornice with garlanded frieze, molded window lintels, footed sills, and cast-iron columns flanking the first-story stores.
