Description & Building Alterations
This five-story, four-bay wide tenement was originally built in 1852-53.
The historic pedimented roof cornice was removed sometime between the 1940s and 1980s tax photos. The present facade features simple hooded window lintels and continuous sills. There used to be a four-story rear building on the lot, It existed before 1860 and was demolished in 1937.
