This lot was formerly home to a three-story (plus basement), three-bay brick building with cast-iron lintels and a Neo-Grec cornice. The building was demolished between March and April of 2017 to make way for a new apartment building. According to EV Grieve, the new building will be a 9 story, 7 unit apartment with commercial space on the ground floor.
