This four-story building with basement was originally erected in 1851-52.
The present facade features a pedimented door hood with scroll brackets and decorated panel above the entrance, molded flat window lintels with brackets and decorative panels at first story, simple molded lintels and continuous sills at upper stories, and a bracketed cornice with ornate paneled frieze.
