Description & Building Alterations

This is a six-story new law tenement constructed in 1907. It was built for Louis Koetz and designed by Bernstein & Bernstein. Except for the altered ground floor, the building’s historical details are still intact. These details include splayed lintels, brick quoins and belt courses, and a modillioned cornice.

What is the Building Blocks Project
