Description & Building Alterations

This is a six story, six bay brick tenement building. The first story has a stone facade, and each story above features two rows of stone, flush with top and bottom of windows and serving as lintels. The second and sixth story have distinctive iron decorations on the lintels while stories 3-5 are stone only. The cornice and fire escape are painted a matching deep green.
