Description & Building Alterations
This six-story with basement brick new-law tenement was built in 1900, designed by architect Michael Bernstein.
The facade shares similar characters with many other tenements designed by Bernstein, featuring a bracketed iron cornice with garlanded frieze, round-arched window openings with moldings and keystones, molded window surrounds, segmental-arched pediments, and ornamented entrance enframement with a bracketed entablature on top.
