Description & Building Alterations
This five-story with basement tenement was constructed in 1873. It is located in the East Village/Lower East Side Historic District and is in the Italianate style with many alterations.
The present facade features a few significant feature like the stone enframement on the second story, the brick arch over the eastern storefront and the cast-iron columns at outside edges of the building.
