Description & Building Alterations

Although a 1906 new building application describes a seven-story brick and stone structure for store and lofts, the building we see today is six stories tall.

The facade features brick pilaster projections on the third-story edges and brick bands between the windows from the third to the sixth story. Other historic details like the window lintels and sills as well as the cornice on the top story have been stripped. The storefronts have been modified.

This was formerly Lot 32.
