In Lot 7, a five story brick tenement dwelling was erected with two stores on the ground level.

The building was originally designed to accommodate two families on each floor. However, Application #645 of the year 1907 states four families will occupy floors two through five.

In addition, it is unclear whether or not Lot 7 consisted of two separate buildings at one point. The building at 102 Avenue C is subtly different than at 104 Avenue C. The spacing between windows does not match each other and the length of the building at 104 is longer than the building at 102.
