Description & Building Alterations

The building that was originally on this lot was a four story tenement building with a store and room for three families according to an alteration application from 1883.  In 1947 the building was altered significantly with the top two stories being demolished.  The current building is simple with a door and three windows on the ground floor and two windows on the second floor.  The primary source of decoration is the use of two brick colors — a beige color brick and a blue colored brick.  The blue brick is around the sides of the windows and on the first floor, while the rest of the brick is beige.
