No. 310 East Houston Street, a mixed use residential and retail building, was constructed between 2003 and 2005 and has been occupied as a condominium since 2008.

A gas station existed here as early as 1963. From 1945, a manufacturing and office building existed on the site. The demolition of the manufacturing building was presumably due to the widening of Houston Street, which took place between 1957 and 1963.

This lot was formerly lots 1, 2, 3, and 4.
