This building was constructed between 1847 and 1848 as seen in the tax records.

This four story, three bay row house has been stripped of original ornament and now features picture frame window surrounds. There is a simple metal, modillioned cornice and the facade has been stoccoed. The first record with the Department of Buildings for the property is a Fire Escape Application from 1938.
