Description & Building Alterations

This four-story brick row house was built at the same time as nos. 62 and 58 Third Avenue. Each was built as a three-story building and had a fourth story added around the turn of the century. The facade of no. 60 has been heavily modified, although it does retain its three-bay window pattern.

What is the Building Blocks Project
