Description & Building Alterations

This six-story, seven-bay wide new-law tenement was erected in 1906, designed by architect Samuel Sass.

Its brick facade features a bracketed cornice with frieze, splayed window lintels with keystones, molded beltcourses, and engaged pilasters with brackets flanking the main entry.
