Description & Building Alterations

In 2016, a two story building was demolished to make way for the six-story residential building on this lot. The demolished building was erected in 1930 for storage and offices. The facade featured brick facing, a stepped brick parapet peaked at center, and patterned brickwork beneath the roof line. The penthouse was added later on as accessory storage.

What is the Building Blocks Project
