Description & Building Alterations

This six and a half story, light red brick old law tenement was constructed in 1900 by the Nieberg Brothers, designed by Michael Bernstein. It was to be occupied by 26 families.

The Renaissance Revival facade features ornamental terra cotta work on the window enframements and lintels. The facade also consists of decorative entrance enframements, beltcourses, and a modillioned cornice. The cornice beneath the sixth story has been removed and the stoop resurfaced.
