Description & Building Alterations

Built in 1851, this Italianate row house was very likely a single-family home at the time it was completed. Now missing most of its details, the building would have once had bracketed lintels, sills of brownstone, a pressed-metal cornice, and a flat-hood projecting entryway surround. The facade also would have been constructed with unpainted brick with exposed brownstone details. While these ornaments have been lost, the raised-stoop entrance is still intact.
