Description & Building Alterations
This three-bay wide, five-story tenement was originally erected in 1849-50 as a row house. The front wall on the first and second floors was rebuilt during an alteration in 1919. Part of the second story was occupied by a factory in the mid-20th century. Its front portion was extended to the building line in 1953.
