Architects Bernstein & Bernstein designed this six-story brick tenement building in 1909 for owners Joseph Harbater and Solomon Silk, of the firm Harbater & Silk. It originally housed 19 families. The scored concrete ground floor base with belt course features a framed doorway surround and decorative jack arch details.
