Description & Building Alterations

The front and rear-yard tenement buildings on this lot were constructed in 1863. The five story Italianate building features projecting window sills, molded lintels and bracketed cornice with projecting brick frieze. The storefront was removed and replaced with a residential facade between c. 1940 and c. 1988.
