Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement building was originally erected as a three-story house in 1864-65, and was raised to four stories in 1871. The building features a bracketed cornice with a decorated frieze, molded window lintels and footed sills. The entrance is set on a stoop and capped by a simple molding. Commercial spaces are found at the ground/basement level.
