Description & Building Alterations

This four-story corner building retains its lintels and Italianate cornice, which features classical brackets, swags, and dentils. The original brick facade has been covered in stucco. On the East 13th Street side, the windows have been altered over time. Some lintels and sills have been removed and some openings have been added or filled in.

A one-story building permitted in 1905 is also located on the lot.
