Description & Building Alterations

This six-story new law tenement is clad in a tan iron-spot brick and has terra cotta details. The first floor consists of commercial space, while the upper floors are residential. Many of the original details remain, including the cornice which features dentils, scrolled brackets, modillions, and foliation in the frieze.

What is the Building Blocks Project
