Description & Building Alterations
This Queen Anne five-story with basement tenement was constructed in 1896. It is located in the East Village/Lower East Side Historic District.
The present facade features some of the original decorations including significant features like the stepped and bracketed iron cornice, round-arched openings on the fourth story, moldings, ornate spandrel panels and original iron railings on the stoop among others.
