This six-story light brick apartment building is known as Bierman Court. One three-story building and three four-story buildings were demolished for its construction in 1925. The lot was once part of William B. Astor’s holdings and was leased out to various people between 1850 and 1875.

This was previously Block 433 and Lot 27, 28, 29, and 30 and then Lots 1101 to 1102.

What is the Building Blocks Project
