Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement tenement building was originally erected as a single-family dwelling in 1842-43.

The present brick facade features a cornice supported by ornate brackets with frieze. The window lintels and sills have been stripped. The historic entrance and stoop have been replaced by new ones.
