This handsome Contemporary condominium building was constructed in 1985, designed and built by architect-developer Kudroff Rycar and Associates.

The deep red brick facade frames loft-style duplex height window bays, and half-circular fire balconies punctuate the street wall on the third through the sixth floors. There is a terrace setback on the topmost floor and small shopfronts on the ground level.

What is the Building Blocks Project
