Description & Building Alterations
This three-and-a-half story Greek Revival brick row house was built together with No. 64 East 3rd Street in 1838-1839 by owner William H. Mott, designed by builder John Hanrahan.
The facade features heavy brownstone entrance enframements and a recessed wood door frame with transom and side lights. Other elements include a denticulated cornice and molded window lintels.
