Description & Building Alterations

A one-story, red brick commercial building with metal-and-glass storefront infill was constructed on this lot after 1980. The building most likely dates to 1984, the only year that a New Building Permit was issued since the 1980s tax photograph, which shows a parking lot at this location. In September 2025, demolition permits were filed for the one-story structure, and demolition was completed by early 2026. It is expected to be replaced with a ten-story residential building designed by BKSK Architects. The new structure will be 115 feet tall and is anticipated to contain 15 condominiums, with construction slated for completion in the fall of 2027.
