This is currently a vacant lot. The building that previously stood here was an 1887 Queen Anne tenement designed by Julius Boekell & Son for owner August Ruff. It was five floors high and originally housed 20 families. It is not clear when the building was demolished, but the lot was vacant by the time the 1980s tax photo was taken.
