Sitting on two lots that were once part of a row of row houses, No. 532 is a new building constructed in 2009. This five-story building has 10 units and was designed by Issac & Stern Architects.

Of the two row houses previously on these two lots, one was demolished in 1939, but No. 532 survived until the demolition for this building occurred.  They were both built as single-family homes c. 1845, but were converted into apartments shortly thereafter.
