Description & Building Alterations

This five-story pre-law tenement was built in conjunction with the neighboring one on Lot 15 in 1875. The ornamentation combines simple Italianate segmental lintels with a more elaborate Neo-Grec style cornice. The wall surface of the building is clad in red brick. While the ground floor has brick infill, some 19th century columns remain visible on the facade.
