Description & Building Alterations
This five-story brownstone tenement was erected in 1873 for 10 families, designed by architect Julius Boekell. Its facade features a bracketed galvanized-iron roof cornice with a paneled frieze, molded window lintels supported by brackets, footed sills with molding, round-arched openings with keystones at the first story, and an entrance enframed by moldings and molded cornice above ground floor.
