Description & Building Alterations

This four-bay wide, five-story tenement was originally built in 1852-53 with the two buildings on Lot 29.

Its facade features bracketed galvanized-iron cornice with paneled frieze, molded galvanized-iron window lintels and footed sills, all of which date from an alteration in 1890 designed by William Graul.

What is the Building Blocks Project
