Description & Building Alterations

This five-bay wide, five-story brick pre-law tenement was originally constructed in 1869.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, simple rectangular sills, and segmental-arched door hood above entrance. The historical segmental-arched window lintels have been stripped. Four windows on the tenement have been replaced with french doors accessing small individual balconies.
