Description & Building Alterations

This six-story tenement was originally erected in 1852. In 1871 the building was raised another story. The entrance was moved to the basement level in an alteration probably in the late 20th century.

The present facade features a simple molded cornice, plain brick facing on second to fifth stories, stucco at the sixth story and modern-style brick infill at the first story.
