This post-modern apartment building was built in 2001 and received its certificate of occupancy in 2002. It is a six-story building with twelve apartment units. The construction of this building provoked controversy by filling in the windows of the neighboring building, making some of the rooms of the other building windowless.

What is the Building Blocks Project
