Description & Building Alterations

This 1906 tenement building was designed by Bernstein & Bernstein for Jacob Fish. The windows feature splayed lintels with scrolled keystones and the top story features brick belt courses running across the building. It originally housed 33 families with a store on the first floor. At some point, its cornice was removed.
