Description & Building Alterations

This five-story, four-bay wide tenement was originally erected in 1857-58, although a stable used to stand on this lot.

It features bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, neo Grec-style window lintels and footed sills. The details of the storefront cornice and the entrance enframement has been stripped. The storefront was rebuilt in 1905 and the small rectangular windows at center of each story were added in 1909.
