Description & Building Alterations

This five-story, four-bay wide tenement was built in 1854 for owner A. Smith. Its facade features a bracketed cornice with a paneled frieze, simplified rectangular window lintels and sills. The first story features a brownstone surface, round-arched openings, and a molded cornice.
