Description & Building Alterations

The building currently at 34 1/2 St. Marks Place was built between 1897 and 1899 according to historic maps. The six story, three bay wide brick building features splayed lintels with keystones and a molded crown with dentils above the fifth story. The modillioned cornice features a garlanded freize panel.
