Description & Building Alterations

This two-story structure was originally built as a stable between 1856 and 1859. In 1917 the two stories were combined and turned into a garage. It was divided again into two stories later and the second floor was converted to residential use. The present facade features slightly projecting patterned brickwork between the first and second stories, brick lintels above the window openings and entrance, and a stepped parapet with a triangular pediment at the center.
