The five story building at 335 East 9th Street was constructed in 1875, as a pair with 333 East 9th Street. They were designed architect F. W. Klemt and share identical facade detailing.

No. 335 features bracketed cornice with ornamented frieze, molded lintels with triangular pediments at second story, footed sills, and an entrance flanked by engaged iron pilasters.
