Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement tenement was built in 1894 to accommodate 22 families.

The facade features a rusticated brownstone base with round-arched window openings and doorway, rusticated Roman-brick work on the upper stories, with recessed area marked by segmental arches, flush brownstone lintels, continuous sills, and amodillioned metal cornice. The historic parapet has been removed.
