Description & Building Alterations
This new-law brick and stone tenement was designed by Aronwitz & Segman and completed in 1906. It is six stories in height, seven bays wide, and clad in brick with limestone classical details including the window lintels, surrounds, and string courses. The modillioned metal cornice has a swag detail at the frieze. The original entry surround is intact with a full entablature resting on folliated pilasters.
