Description & Building Alterations

This six-story Old-Law tenement building was built to house 22 families. The building is ornmented with terra cotta keystones and spandrel panels. Unlike its neighbor to the east, which shares the same architect and matching ornamental details, the building is missing its cornice and has an altered ground floor level.

What is the Building Blocks Project
