Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement row house was originally built in 1863-64. The building was originally on lot 8.

This altered Italianate facade features a round-arch main entryway with paneled pilasters and brackets, and window sills. Other historic details were removed after the 1940s. The cornice was removed and the stoop was replaced.
