Description & Building Alterations
This five-story tenement was originally erected in 1881, replacing a three-story house formerly on site.
The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze decorated by dragon forms in the center, hooded window lintels with floral details, bracketed sills at the center bays of the fourth and fifth story, patterned brickwork and decorative terra-cotta panels. The entrance is capped by a molded entablature supported by neo-Grec detailed pilasters.
